Wilma Sallee McGinnis, age 95, passed away Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at Deer Creek Nursing Home, in Wimberley, Texas. She was born Aug. 18, 1918, in Fort Scott, Kan., the daughter of Samuel and Bertha Sallee, of 316 West Wall Street.
