Lora Janiece Toms, age 75, former resident of Fort Scott, more recently of Wathena, Kan., died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at Wathena Health Care and Rehabilitation. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at the Cheney Witt Chapel. Burial will follow in the U.S. National Cemetery.
