A Fort Scott woman was injured and taken to a local hospital following a two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon. According to Fort Scott police, Ashley Ball of Fort Scott was hurt when the 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix she was driving south on U.S. Highway 69 near 19th Street and Shepherd Team Auto Plaza was struck by a 2006 Dodge Charger driven by Rosemary Harris, also of Fort Scott.
