Francis Marion "Cisco" Read, age 82, resident of Fort Scott, died Wednesday morning, April 3, 2013, at Medicalodge of Fort Scott. He was born Oct. 17, 1930, in Fort Scott, the son of Charles M. Read and Idessa Mable LaRue Read. He graduated from Fort Scott High School and Fort Scott Junior College.
