Lela Jean Denick Comstock, 86, of rural Deerfield, Mo., passed away at her home in the presence of her family on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012. Jean was born July 15, 1926, in Sedan, Kan., the daughter of Martin Luther Denick and Alma Lea Smith Denick. She was baptized May 11, 1934, at the First Christian Church of Sedan. Her membership was transferred to Clayton Christian Church, Eve, Mo., on Jan. 5, 1964...
