Dale Bollinger, 48, Fort Scott, was hurt when the New Holland farm tractor he was driving westbound on Grand Road south of Fort Scott did not stop at a stop sign and was struck by a 2007 Peterbilt semi tractor driven by Daniel Joseph Knipp, 43, of Louisburg.
