Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage and Salon, a new business located at 117 E. National Ave., opened Aug. 1. The business, owned by local resident Stacy Racy, offers haircuts, hair styling, manicures and pedicures, acrylic nails, a variety of massages, and other services.
