Harold Wesley Davis, 88, Fort Scott, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010, at the Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott. He was born Feb. 21, 1922, the son of Ernest Edd Davis and Haskell Mary Hayse Davis. He served in the United States Army during World War II. ...

Anna Mae (Hargrove) Cox, 91, Auburn, N.H., formerly of Nevada, died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, at Parkland Hospital in Derry, N.H. She was born Dec. 16, 1918, in rural Vernon County, to Charley T. Hargrove and Bertha O. Hawkins Hargrove. She married Edwin J.R. Cox of Clarendon, Texas, June 29, 1941. He was a commissioned officer in the Naval Reserve during World War II. Mr. Cox died suddenly in November of 1962...

Hi neighbors. My friend Flossie likes to share her opinions -- and she has opinions on almost every subject under this sun or any other.
