For Regina McAllister, nearly two decades of working with children has earned her a special recognition. McAllister, Fort Scott, a daycare provider for about 19 years, was recently awarded a Child Development Associate Credential for her outstanding work with young children. Ronnie Dean Engle, 46, Liberal, Mo., died Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 in Barton County, Mo., as a result of a traffic accident. He was born Jan. 27, 1963 in Nevada, Mo., to Lonnie Loren Engle and Joan Doris Rackley Engle. Ronnie was born and raised and spent most of his life in this area. He attended school for many years in Hume, Mo., and graduated from Liberal High School in 1981, and later graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1988...
