Chavez, Eber Eludion, 29, of 1813 Adams, Great Bend, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 2 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for driving while suspended and is still being held at this time...
