Fort Scott Community College's volleyball team was swept in a non-conference match at Arnold Arena Monday night. The Greyhounds (0-22) were swept by State Fair (Mo.) by scores of 25-18, 25-10, 25-20. OTTAWA -- Fort Scott High School's volleyball team went 4-1 at the Ottawa Tournament here Saturday, finishing in third place. In their first match, the Tigers (16-10) defeated Topeka-Highland Park in three games, 22-25, 25-17, 28-16. Fort Scott head soccer coach David Gray thought his team played its best half of soccer so far this season in the second half against host Coffeyville at the Tornado Tournament Saturday. The Tigers lost that game because they dug themselves a hole too deep to recover from.
