Tribune Staff Report Fort Scott National Historic Site announced a change in programming for one of its activities this weekend. The Fort Riley Mounted Color Guard was originally scheduled to do mounted demonstrations at 1 and 4 p.m. Saturday and noon and 3 p.m. Sunday.
