Fort Scott Police officers Wednesday arrested 18-year-old Breonna Martinez and a juvenile while serving a narcotics search warrant at 608 S. Holbrook St. Martinez was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, contributing to child misconduct and endangerment, and sale of narcotics within 1,000 feet of a school.
