Neva Ruth Bolden, 83, a resident of the Franklin House in Fort Scott, died Sunday, July 15, 2007, at the Mercy Health Center. Neva was born April 30, 1924, in Marceline, Missouri, the daughter of Chesley Emerson Wolfe and Mary Ella Bixby Wolfe. She married Arthur S. Bolden on March 5, 1949, at Fort Smith, Arkansas.
