Authorities in Florida arrested a former Fort Scott man Wednesday on Bourbon and Crawford county warrants in connection with drug and murder charges. A fugitive warrant team captured Albert E. Richmond, 29, around 4 p.m. Wednesday at a motel in the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., area.
