Local authorities are searching for a 28-year-old Garland man last seen Saturday after he fled on foot following an auto accident on U.S. Highway 69. Bourbon County Deputy Sheriff's Office have classified Jeremy A. Smith as a missing person. Deputy sheriffs along with Kansas Highway Patrol are actively searching for Smith, which included an aerial search by KHP helicopter that yielded nothing, said Deputy Sheriff John Taylor, who is handling the case...
