Georgia Nadine Hutton, 79, of Fort Scott, died Sunday, March 13, 2011 at the Fort Scott Manor Nursing Home.

She was born Dec. 7, 1931 in Lamar, Ark., the daughter of Sutterfield and Emma (Burdine) Robertson.

She married Albert D. Hutton Sept. 14, 1968 in Las Vegas, Nev. He preceded her in death Feb. 17, 2008.

Georgia is survived by her step-children, Skip Hutton of Fort Scott, Kan.; Mac Hutton of Fontana, Calif.; Larry Hutton of Chandler, Ariz.; and Pam Hutton of Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Iuta Overly of Pennsylvania; six grandchildren, Timothy, Patrick, Barbara, Erika, Jared, and Matthew; seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Albert, two sisters, Fern Snyder, Alesia Trexler, and three brothers, Curtis Robertson, Wayne Robertson and Archie Madden.

Following cremation, a graveside memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at the Fort Scott National Cemetery under the direction of the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home, 15 W. Wall St., Fort Scott, Kan.
