DANIELLE MAYE FAY

Danielle Maye Fay, age 19, resident of rural Uniontown, Kan., died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, at her home following a life long illness.

She was born Jan. 22, 1989 in Iola, Kan., the daughter of Fred R. Fay III and Sue Walker Fay.

Survivors include her parents, Fred and Sue Fay, of the home; one brother, Fred R. Fay IV, Branson, Mo.; maternal grandparents, Clarence and Fannie Walker, Uniontown, Kan.; paternal grandmother, Doreen Lassey, St. Petersburg, Fla., and paternal grandfather, Fred Fay II, of Panama.

Also surviving are several aunts and uncles including those of this area, Clint Walker and wife Rachel, Mapleton, Kan., Jess Walker and wife Teresa, Uniontown, Dr. Andy Walker and wife Vicky, Bellville, Kan., and Renee' Fay, Iola, Kan.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Trinity Lee Fay and two uncles, Tim Lewis Walker and Ricky Lewis Walker.

Pastor Marty DeWitt will conduct graveside services at 10 a.m., Thursday in the Uniontown Cemetery.
