Process of replacing USD 234 board member announced

The USD 234 Board of Education plans to take letters of interest for a vacancy on the seven-member board.

On Dec. 11, the board unanimously approved advertising the vacancy for position No. 5 on the board, which was left open by the Aug. 17 death of former board member Gary Billionis, and to accept interested applicants.
