OFGS asks for city’s help to prepare for expansion

The Old Fort Genealogical Society is ready to expand its space in Memorial Hall to move and make way for historical materials from the Katy Railroad. But any work to renovate the hall’s basement will have to wait until a grant is awarded, according to the Fort Scott mayor.
