Snow falls around the City Scales building on Skubitz Plaza Thursday morning. A winter snow storm blew into the area early Thursday morning, bringing with it frigid temperatures and wind chills figures. One to three inches of snow were forecasted. According to the National Weather Service, a wind chill warning remains in effect through noon today. A winter storm warning was projected to expire on Friday. Today’s forecast is sunny and cold, with a high near 19 degrees, with northwest winds at 6 to 10 mph, according to the NWS.
