Announcement on hospital feasibility study expected in January

A date has been determined for a public announcement regarding a study being completed to determine the feasibility of bringing a hospital back to Bourbon County.

County Commissioner Clifton Beth told the Tribune Tuesday officials will make a public announcement on the study on Monday, Jan. 31. The announcement is slated to come after a series of closed meetings conducted by county officials and representatives of Noble Health Corporation of Kansas City, Mo., the company contracted to complete the study.
