Devon Ruritan Club to sponsor Halloween Party

The Devon Ruritan Club is sponsoring a Halloween Party at the Devon Community Center on Saturday, Oct. 22, starting at 6 p.m.

There will be a costume judging contest, door prizes and games.

Participants will also be served free hot dogs and candy.
