FSCC men's rodeo wins at Pratt

The Fort Scott Community College Rodeo Team competed at a college rodeo in Pratt last weekend. The student-athletes performed well with the men's team finishing in first place and the women's team getting fourth place.

Yance Day won the long round in Bareback Riding and A.J. Yocham won the short round. Yance finished by winning the average and Yocham ended in third place. David King won a round in Bull Riding. Jade Blackwell finished third in Saddle Bronc Riding. Three from the women's team made the short go; Annie Smith in Barrell Racing, Jacoby Hotsenpillar and Brittany Mumbrue in Goat Tying. Hotsenpillar finished third in the average.

The FSCC Rodeo Team will head to Southeast Oklahoma State University in Durrant, Okla., this weekend.
