Shannon Abrams Bullard

Cindy and Timothy Bullard, of Nevada, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Shannon Abrams Bullard. Shannon was born on at 9:09 p.m., Dec. 1, 2007, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

Maternal grandparents are William and Pat Abrams, of Hartsburg, Mo.

Paternal grandparents are Ed and Sharon Bullard, of Ashland, Mo.
