Results of Fort Scott Middle School volleyball matches of September 11:

Sixth-grade matches.

* -- The Liegers swept the Golden Grillz, 25- 13, 25- 12. Maddi Allen served 15 points for the Liegers while Chloe Wallace served 13. Brianne Lawrence served 10 points for the Grillz.

* -- Shopgirlz beat ServedUp, 25-8, 28-26. Ericah Shoemaker served 27 points for the Shopgirlz while Minnie Sutton served nine.

Seventh-and eighth-grade matches.

* -- Serves U Right swept Ace of Spades, 25-20, 25-20. Taylor Grant served 10 points for SUR. Melanie Herder served four for the Spades.

* -- Ball of Fury swept Chaotic Spikers, 25-17, 25-20. Autumn Owenby served 14 points for BOF and Kristen Winters served eight. Aubin Duff served eight points for the Spikers.

* -- The Blockbusters beat the Serving Yellow Nerd Bombs, 25-19, 25-20. Mallory Shelton led the Blockbusters with eight points. Becca Nuzum served five to lead SYNB.

* -- The Green Gernades defeated the Toll House Killers, 22- 25, 25- 22, 15- 8. Bryce Hinde served 10 points for the Gernades. Rilie Ross served 15 points for the Killers.

FSMS volleyball matches are played each Tuesday.
