Fifth arrest made in attempted murder case
Another arrest has been made in an ongoing attempted murder case in Bourbon County.
According to the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office inmate roster, Cody Matthew Tindill, 23, Fort Scott, was arrested by the BCSO at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday and has been charged with attempted murder in the first degree and aggravated robbery. He was being held in the Bourbon County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
