Achieving the perfect score

Shekhar Gugnani may be the perfect example of the old saying, “hard work pays off.”

The 18-year-old Fort Scott High School senior has achieved a perfect score of 36 on the American College Test, a standardized test used for college admissions in the United States. Gugnani took the test twice during his high school career, most recently in February 2021. The ACT measures a student’s aptitude in four different areas; English, math, reading and science.
