John Scot

John Scot, a resident of Medicalodges, passed away early the morning of Dec. 4, 2021. John was born Jan. 28, 1947 and was preceded in death by his mother, Wintress Baker Clark, stepfather Jasper Clark, grandmother Susan Baker and Aunt Flossie Baker.

John lived most of his life in Fort Scott, except for a few years when he worked to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. He was an accomplished pianist and organist, playing on cruise ships, in churches and at various venues throughout the United States. John was a loving and caring son who will be missed by family and friends.

At John’s request, there will be no service following cremation.
