Kenny Chase, age 58, Centerville, Kan., passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2016 at his home in rural Centerville.

Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016 at the Centerville Community Church. A horseback funeral procession will take place from the church to Centerville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Mound City Chapel. The family suggests contributions to Frontal Temporal Dementia Association.
