Dorothy Ruggles

Dorothy Ruggles, 83, of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away at 5:04 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27 2016 in her home.

Dorothy was born 1933 in Kansas City, Kan., to Ed and Guyla (Brown) Perkins, who preceded her in death. She was a long time resident of Fort Scott since 1986. She was a loving and caring individual and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by: her brother Richard, his wife Bonnie Perkins; nieces Debbie and Denice; nephews Jim, Joe and Tim Perkins; children Cheryl Glendenning, Clarissa and Lindy McCulley, Cynthia and Jim Otter, Michael and Cynthia Sunell, Heather and Andrew Wapelhorst; grandchildren Kurtis Riley, Matthew McCulley, Joseph Otter, Jillian Otter, and Jacob Otter, great-grandchildren Mylea Sunell, Ryan Miller, Christian Miller, Alex Miller, Christopher Riley, Ellis Wapelhorst, Garent Hoover, Kyler Sunell, Kalah Sunell, Kendall Sunell, Trevis Sunell, Biren Sunell, Kirsten Sunell, Silvia Romero and Hector Romero.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday,

Dec. 3, 2016, at First Church of the Nazarene, 1728 Horton St. Fort Scott, Kan.
