Eagles pick up 11 medals at Neodesha

NEODESHA -- Uniontown's track team picked up 11 medals at the Neodesha Invitational here Thursday.

Shalina Harper the only girls' medals, taking second in the 1,600 meters, third in the 800 and fifth in javelin.

Jary Harp won three boys' medals -- third in the 400 and 1,600 and tying for fifth in high jump.

The boys' 4x100-meter relay team finished fourth. John Reed was fourth in the 400 and tied with Harp in high jump.

Tommy Joles finished sixth in long jump and Josh Wisely was sixth in the 200 meters.

Uniontown will compete at the Crest Invitational Thursday in Iola.
