Uniontown senior Jacob Duffey (seated, center) signed a letter of intent recently to play football next season at Fort Scott Community College. With Jacob as he signed were (clockwise from upper left) UHS Athletic Director Jim Mason, UHS head coach Chad Stroud and his parents, Debbie and Davis. Duffey received All-Three Rivers League honors at quarterback, defensive back, kicker and punter; All-District honors at quarterback, defensive back and kicker, and All-State recognition as a kicker and punter. He threw for 1,151 yards and 15 touchdowns at Uniontown, rushed for 937 yards and 25 touchdowns, made 105 tackes -- 62 this season.
