Fort Scott National Historic Site staff, members of Friends of the Fort and Fort visitors wait for the moment to begin ringing bells Wednesday to recognize the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr's "I Have A Dream" speech. The bell ringing was held at 2 p.m. when similar events were being held across the country.
