Braden Shelton has advanced to the State level in the Elks Hoop Shoot Contest after winning district competition in Parsons on Jan. 24. Shelton made 23 of 25 shots to win the contest. he is a fifth grader at Eugene Ware Elementary School. (Submitted photo)
