Gray receives KSA scholarship

The Kansas Sheriffs Association is pleased to announce the 2011 Scholarship winners. Jordyn Gray of Bourbon County will receive one of eight $1,000 scholarships being awarded. Her KSA sponsor is her father, Ron Gray.

The KSA will also provide one Sheriff Matt Samuels $2,000 scholarship. This scholarship started in 2005, the year Samuels was killed in the line of duty.

Scholarship applicants must be full-time students taking at least 12 hours of college credit and be related to a member in good standing of the KSA.
