World Series qualifiers

A traveling softball team representing Fort Scott finished in third place at the Kansas 14-and-under Class B State Tournament in Augusta last weekend. As a result of their finish, the team has qualified for the USSSA Class B World Series in Kansas City, Mo., in July.
