Joshua John Kiniston, 31, 2795 Elizabeth 66, Canon City, Colo., was arrested on May 26 at 7 p.m. by the Kansas Highway Patrol for driving while suspended and released the same day at 10:13 p.m. on a $1,250 bond.

Seth Andrew Sause, 24, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on May 26 at 3:02 p.m. on two Bourbon County warrants, 1) driving while habitual violator, 2) driving under the influence, and is still being held.
