Gospel singers wanted

The Hope Chapel Assembly of God will be hosting gospel singing event and is in search of performers. On April 17, the Community Gospel Singing will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Hope Chapel Assembly of God. Anyone who wishes to sing this special service is invited to perform. Good Friday service

The Fort Scott Ministerial Alliance would like to invite the public to attend Good Friday Services at noon, April 22, at First Church of God located at 1115 E. Wall St.

Food distribution at Hope Assembly of God

Hope Chapel Assembly of God will have a USDA commodities distribution from 1 p.m.-2 p.m. April 16. Food will be distributed at Hope Chapel Assembly of God Blessing Center. This is for low-income households of the Moran area.

Those attending should bring some type of identification.

There is a limited supply of food items, so it will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
