Connections Energy Resource Fair comes to Nevada
As part of its Connections program, KCP&L is hosting an Energy Resource Fair at the Vernon County Senior Center at 301 N. Main St., Nevada, on Tuesday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. This Energy Resource Fair is an opportunity for KCP&L customers to meet with company representatives and learn about payment options, energy savings ideas and assistance from local community resources. West Central Community Action Agency, a KCP&L community partner, will be at the fair to offer additional support.
"Last year the Energy Resource Fairs were well received in the community," said Ronda Watts, KCP&L southeast and east district manager. "Customers found the fairs helpful, so we wanted to provide them with another face-to-face opportunity to learn about our payment options or some money saving energy-efficiency ideas."
The Connections program was designed to help customers navigate their accounts, receive information on bill payment assistance and learn more about KCP&L's energy-efficiency programs. For more information, visit www.kcpl.com/connections.
