Law enforcement arrest reports

James Dewayne Fountain Jr., 18, Joplin, Mo., was arrested on Oct. 22, 2010 at 5:25 p.m. by the Fort Scott Police Department for domestic battery, possession of stimulatns and possession of paraphernalia and is still being held at this time.

Rodney Jay Clark, 50, 221 Hullet, Fort Scott, was arrested on Oct. 23, 2010 at 12:15 a.m. for driving while suspended. He was released on Oct. 23, 2010 at 12:28 a.m. on a $1250 bond.

Jonathan Martin Leighty, 20, 702 Shute, Fort Scott, was arrested on Oct. 22, 2010 by the Fort Scott Police Department, for disorderly conduct and released on Oct. 22, 2010 at 4:25 p.m. on a $250 bond.

Bradley David Ogle, 21, 102 State Street, Fort Scott, was arrested on Oct. 24, 2010 at 3:13 p.m. by Bourbon County Sherrif's Department for failure to appear and was released on Oct. 24, 2010 at 3:32 p.m. on a $4500 bond.

Jason Edward Hunter, 35, 105 Half Scott St., Fort Scott, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2010 at 7:54 a.m. for Bourbon County Sheriff's Department for sentencing and was released Oct. 26, 2010.

William Darrell Nowak, 42, 517 Couch, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Department on Oct. 25, 2010 for two bench warrants and is still being held at this time.

Edward Franklin McDaniel, 52, 1277 Grand Road, Fort Scott, was arrested on Oct. 27, 2010 at 2 p.m. by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Department on a Bourbon County warrant and was released on the same day at 2:14 p.m. on a $10,000 bond.
