Tuesday, January 19, 2010

Do you have specific questions dealing with your cropping practices? Do you question the costs of fertilizer based on the return? Do you leave a meeting then remember questions you would have liked to ask?

If so, this session is for you. "Knowledge @ Noon: Crop Production" will be held on Feb. 3, 2010, from 12-2 p.m. at the Uniontown Community Building.

Attend this informal, educational session featuring Doug Shoup, Southeast Area Crops and Soils Specialist, Kraig Roozeboom, Crop Production Specialist, and Dorivar Ruiz Diaz, Assistant Professor in Soil Fertility. After brief presentations by each, they will be available to answer your questions on crop varieties, brush control, soil nutrients, and other topics you want to address.

Stop by for one on one advice! Contact the Bourbon County Extension Office at (620) 223-3720 by Monday, Feb. 1 to RSVP for the meal.
