Bob's eye operation leaves him unable to drive

Recently Bob had an eye operation and was told that he couldn't do any driving for a while. Guess who got to be his chauffeur? You guessed that right, ME! Let me tell you that I didn't relish that idea at all, no sir. I have been driving for nigh on to 59 years. And I would like to say in my defense that in all that time that I did lots of that driving without Bob. He seemed to think that I was a beginner driver and needed lots of training and tutoring. Well.... This just didn't set too well with me. When I would back out of a space he would say "cramp your wheels" as if I didn't know that. Or "do you have your lights on?" Or if he told me once he told me a zillion times be sure and lock the doors. Or he would say "It shows that a door is ajar, it must be your door, I always make sure my door is closed." Well, whoop-te-do.
