Arrest Reports

* Chinn, Bart Jason, 33, of 724 Wilson, Fort Scott was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff on Saturday, July 5, 2008, at 8:58 a.m. for a 48-hour sentence and was released on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 8:56 a.m. for time served.

* Bolin, Ronald Wilmot, 54, of 1753 Maple Road, Fort Scott was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriif on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 12:45 on a Bourbon County warrant for possession of opiates, obstruction of legal duty/official duty and driving while suspended and is still being held at this time.

* Bell, Brandon Steven, 36, of 20 S. Little, Fort Scott was attested by Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 3 p.m. for driving while suspended and was released the same day at 3:47 p.m. on a $500 bond.

* Schlichting, Randie Lauren, 21, of 12 N. Margrave, Fort Scott was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Monday , July 7, 2008 at 5:58 p.m. for two counts of contributing to child misconduct, possession and intent to sell marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering a child. She is still being held at this time.

* Pulliam, Brent Allen, 21, of 731 S. Little, Fort Scott, Kan. was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at 3:22 p.m. for domestic battery and was released the same day at 6:20 p.m. on a $2,500 bond.

* Bradley, Nathan Levi, 20, of 1109 S. Margrave, Fort Scott was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 3:20 p.m. for battery and was released the same day at 9:09 p.m. on a $500 bond.

* Kelly, Lori Carla, 45, of 731 S. Little, Fort Scott was arrested on Wednesday, July 9, at 7:03 p.m. for domestic battery and was released the same day at 9:30 p.m. on a $2,500 bond.

* Pulliam, Kasey Marie, 18, of 731 S. Little, Fort Scott was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Wednesday, June 9, 2008 at 3:22 p.m. for domestic battery and was released the same day at 10 p.m. on a $2,500 bond.

Police Reports

* At 4:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, Joyce Gaskill reported a possible burglary to a garage at 115 N. Judson. There was nothing taken and no damage done.

* At 10:39 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2008, George Spalding reported the theft of a bicycle from 1130 E. Oak.

* At 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2008, Clayton Greenhouse reported the burglary of a cash register, which was empty at the time. Also reported was a broken glass door.

* At 1:33 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2008, Ginger Beerbower reported the theft of a debit card from her vehicle while it was parked at Wal-Mart Supercenter.

* At 4:50 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2008, Max's Way Station reported criminal damage to its building. The building sustained broken glass and some of the light bulbs were broken.

* At 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2008 Pumpin' Petes, 6 National, reported the theft of $44 worth of gasoline.

* At 2:20 p.m. on Monday, July 7, Mercy Physician Group reported the burglary of six blank prescription pads each containing 50 scripts.
