Red Cross Blood Drive hours changed

The local Red Cross would like to make a correction to the times for their local blood drive. Residents are encouraged to make an appointment to donate blood and bring a friend to the Bourbon County Red Cross blood drive, scheduled Monday, April 21, from 12:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. and Tuesday, April 22, from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Fort Scott Christian Heights School, 1101 South Barbee, Fort Scott.

As a reminder, donors must be in general good health, weigh 110 pounds or more, and be at least 17 years of age ( 16 in Kansas with a parental consent form. visit www.bloodgiveslife.org to print it and reading materials).
