Stocking babies

Tribune photo/Rayma Silvers Newborns at Mercy Health Center go home from the hospital snuggled inside Christmas stockings throughout the month of December. The stockings are sewn by the Mercy Health Center Auxiliary. From left -- Evie-Lyn Marie Lewis, 6 pounds, 8 ounces at birth, was born to parents Roscoe and Deanna Lewis; Nevaeh Arielle Eisenbrandt, 6 pounds, 8 ounces, was born to parents Katrina Cady and Jonah Eisenbrandt; Grady Lane Crews, 7 pounds, 9 ounces, was born to parents Duane and Cassie Crews; and Ella Jo Boring, 8 pounds, 1 ounce, was born to parents Joseph and Korra Boring. In back -- Larry Seals, Mercy Health Center physician. Seals delivered the Eisenbrandt, Boring and Crews babies within about a one-hour time frame on Monday. Lewis was also delivered on Monday, later in the day.
