FSPD last month restarted its K-9 program, with Officer Lance Fabrizius (left) and Silvy, a 1 1/2-year-old Belgian Malinois, taking over K-9 duties from Lt. Travis Shelton and Scout, a German Shepherd that was decommissioned last year.
