Main St. According to Westar employee Mark Wollenberg, the change to a bigger conductor will upgrade the services available to residents in that area. Wollenberg said that a bigger conductor between the Ware Sub and the Fort Scott Sub will allow more of a load to be carried and help tie the two subs together.
