FOWLER -- Kitty and Duain Fowler, Fort Scott, and big sister Xandria Nacole, are proud to announce the birth of their son and baby brother, Xaviar Malcolm Fowler.

He was born at 3:24 a.m., Feb. 12, 2011 at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

He weighed 8 pounds, 5.5 ounces at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Kathy Probis and Richard Probis, Sr. Maternal great-grandparents are Beverly Fleharty, Johnny Probis and Wilhelmina Probis.

Paternal grandfather is Mary Hay.
