ANDREW D. CEZAR

Andrew D. Cezar, 46, of Fort Scott, passed away at 3:19 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010 at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Joplin from injuries sustained in an accident.

He was born July 22, 1964 at Pittsburg, to Richard and Jackie (Allan) Cezar.

He attended local schools and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1983.

Survivors include his mother, Jackie Foreman; a son, A.J. Cezar and his mother, Teri Cezar of Fort Scott; a step-son, Brandon King of Fort Scott; a half-brother, Joshua P. Foreman of Shawnee, Kan.; and a half-sister, Corey Foreman of Gladstone, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Jason P. Foreman and his maternal grandparents, Andrew J. and Lepha (Radford) Allan.

A Memorial graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, at Rosebank Cemetery at Mulberry with Brother Paul Simonds, officiating.

Friends and family are requested to meet at the cemetery.

Burial will follow the graveside service.
